We intervene on any type of Plexiglas transparency (windows, windshields, canopy...)
Each transparency is expertised and controlled according to the related aircraft maintenance manual. In the case of rejection a "non-serviceable" form is released. A thickness measurement is taken before and after any repair.
Optical control carried out in front of a square grid. This enables to point out optical failures or magnifying glass effect as well as the optical transparency quality.


A ombroscopy enables to define the faults :
Faults pointed out before : Scratches, Impacts, Crazing, Magnifying glass effect
After : Faults elimination


Each step of the restoration is approved by a quality control technician.A certificate of conformity/airworthiness approval tag or a EASA FORM 1 is established for each product
